Orders & Shipping

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a second email confirming shipment and acceptance of your order.

 

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an order confirmation will be sent via email and/or SMS. The order will only be processed once you confirm it via the given communication.

 

•Products in a single order may be shipped separately based on availability.

•Each product is thoroughly inspected and securely packed before being handed over to our trusted delivery partners.

•Our delivery partners will attempt delivery at the shipping address provided. If they are unable to locate the address or find you unavailable, they will reach out to you to reschedule or resolve the issue.

 

•We aim to dispatch most orders within 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

 

•Orders of ₹495 or above are eligible for free shipping.

•For orders below ₹495, a flat shipping fee of ₹75 will be applied.
