We only accept returns in the following scenarios:

•An incorrect product was shipped to you
To initiate a return, please email us at diva.bellezza11@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the product. The email should include clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product.
Conditions for Return:
• The product must be unused, with the seal intact, and must not be tampered with in any way.
•Products with broken seals, used items, or altered serial numbers will not be eligible for return.
•Once the returned item is received and inspected, if the return is approved, a refund or replacement will be processed.
•If found ineligible for return, the product will be shipped back to you.
Refund Process:
•Online payments: The refund will be credited to the original payment source within 7 working days.
•COD orders: A refund will be issued to your bank account within 14 working days after return approval.
